What is InBalance Financial Health?

InBalance Financial Health is a financial monitoring tool available to consumer Online and Mobile Banking customers. It provides visibility into your credit profile, alerts you to potential identity risks, and helps you stay informed about your financial activity.

There are two tiers available:

  • InBalance Financial Health Basic (free)
  • InBalance Financial Health Premium ($8.99/month + applicable tax)

Can’t find InBalance in your dashboard?

If you don’t see InBalance Financial Health, you may need to customize your dashboard.

  • Click the three dots at the top of your dashboard, or scroll down and select “Organize Dashboard.”
  • Tap the “+” (mobile) or click “Add a card” (online banking).
  • Select “InBalance Financial Health” to add it to your dashboard.
  • Drag items to reorder them, then click “Done.”

This may apply if you’ve previously customized your dashboard.

What to know about Premium and monitoring

Premium pricing

$8.99 per month (plus applicable tax).

Billed monthly beginning at enrollment and continues until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your Premium subscription directly within Online Banking. Pricing is subject to change and will be disclosed at enrollment.

Premium also includes:

Identity Theft Insurance (up to $1 million via AIG), Change of Address Alerts, Ongoing Web Monitoring, Data Broker Site Removal, Credit Building tools, and Online Subscription Cancellation.

How Dark Web monitoring works

Dark Web monitoring includes searching for up to 1 Social Security number with Basic, and up to 5 Social Security numbers with Premium, along with 10 driver’s licenses, up to 10 credit and debit cards, up to 10 bank accounts, 10 passports, up to 10 phone numbers, up to 10 email addresses, up to 10 physical addresses, and 10 medical IDs.

Monitoring may take several days to begin. While we regularly update the sites we search, no monitoring service can guarantee coverage of every internet location, as some sites are unpublished or frequently change. The list of data broker sites scanned may change over time.

Important information

1. InBalance Financial Health will be available beginning on March 16, 2026.

2. Dark Web monitoring consists of searching for up to 1 Social Security number, 10 driver’s licenses, up to 10 credit and debit cards, up to 10 bank accounts, 10 passports, up to 10 phone numbers, up to 10 email addresses, up to 10 physical addresses, and 10 medical IDs. Array partners with third-party data intelligence providers to search thousands of internet sites where consumer personal information may be bought and sold. Monitoring may take several days to begin.

3. The list of data broker sites scanned may change over time.

4. $8.99 (plus applicable tax) will be debited from your account when you enroll, and then monthly until you cancel. The price for the premium subscription is subject to change and will be provided at enrollment.

No. Viewing your VantageScore® 3.0 through InBalance is a soft inquiry and does not impact your credit score.
Yes. You can manage or cancel your Premium subscription directly within Online Banking. Your subscription will remain active until cancelled, and monthly billing will stop after cancellation.
Dark Web monitoring may take several days after enrollment to become fully active.
Yes. InBalance Financial Health is available in both online and mobile banking.
