IncredibleBank and IncredibleBank Foundation Announce Assistance For Small Businesses

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago (FHLBank) has awarded a $20,000 grant to IncredibleBank through the FHLBank’s COVID-19 Relief Program developed to assist small, local businesses. IncredibleBank, in turn, donated those funds to MCDEVCO for distribution to Marathon County businesses. In addition to the $20,000 grant, IncredibleBank Foundation contributed another $10,000 to MCDEVCO increasing the funding to $30,000.
The effort to assist area businesses was started by the United Way of Marathon County and the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin under the program Wausau CARES (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security).
Todd Nagel said, “Through our partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, and the continued efforts by IncredibleBank Foundation that supports economic vitality in the communities we serve, we are fortunate to be able to contribute $30,000 to MCDEVCO. This will help our small businesses that have struggled during the Coronavirus pandemic. And we should never forget the significant contribution that small businesses add to our economy and jobs; in fact, small businesses account for 65% of all employment in this country. It’s imperative that we do all we can to assist our local, small business community.”
