But Not Quite Back To Normal

Dear IncredibleBank Customers,

The last ten weeks have been a monumental rollercoaster ride of despair and hope, of courage and resolve, and of inventiveness and ingenuity. I want to thank you for your patience and loyalty during this time, and I want to make certain our employees know when I use words like hope, courage, resolve and ingenuity, I’m thinking of them; their efforts, their determination, and their dedication to you.

Now is the time to get back to business, but not quite back to normal. With all 15 of our branches open, I want to tell you the measures we have taken to make sure you’re safe and our employees, too. You will see plexiglass sneeze guards and shields where none existed before; you will see markings on the floors at all branches so that we can all socially-distance as required; and there will be hand sanitizing stations strategically located for your use, as well as regular sanitizing of all touch areas within the bank. Although it pains me to say this, we will also need to curtail our popcorn and coffee services until it’s safe for us to return to that tradition.

We have been through a lot, that’s a certainty. What confronts us in the future is not a certainty, but this I know: we will always “have your back” and deliver incredible customer experiences to you regardless of tragedy or triumph.
