Jerika Macholl Named Iron Mountain Market Manager
Iron Mountain, MI – March 4, 2026 — IncredibleBank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jerika Macholl to Market Manager of the bank’s Iron Mountain branch.
Macholl has been with IncredibleBank for ten years, beginning her career as a Customer Service Representative with no prior banking experience. Through dedication, adaptability, and a strong commitment to serving others, she advanced through multiple roles to reach her new leadership position. Prior to joining IncredibleBank, Macholl developed a solid foundation in customer service through work in the service industry—experience that continues to influence her people-first approach to banking.
Macholl considers her promotion to Market Manager one of her proudest professional accomplishments and credits the mentors and teammates who supported her growth along the way. Outside of banking, she is also a licensed cosmetologist, an experience she values for the opportunity to help others feel confident and cared for.
