Kyle Kumpula Named Houghton Market Manager
Houghton, MI – March 4, 2026 — IncredibleBank is proud to announce the promotion of Kyle Kumpula to Market Manager of the Houghton branch. Kumpula steps into this expanded leadership role after five years of dedicated service as a Customer Experience Supervisor, serving both the Houghton and Calumet markets.

Kumpula joined IncredibleBank in June 2021, bringing a strong background in customer service and team development. A graduate of Northern Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, he previously worked as a Manager and Coach at Walmart before transitioning into banking.
Throughout his tenure at IncredibleBank, he has played a key role in both the training team and the Florida branch opening team—contributions he considers among his proudest professional accomplishments. As Market Manager, Kumpula will focus on empowering his team to deliver Incredible Customer Experience (ICE) at every touchpoint.

Kumpula is also deeply engaged in the local community. He currently serves as a board member and treasurer for Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly, an organization dedicated to supporting older adults through friendship, connection, and ongoing support.
