You’re at work and realize you need to pick up a cashier’s check from your bank to purchase a car…tonight.

The problem? Your workday is filled with meetings, and you can’t get to the bank before they close.

What do you do?

  1. Frantically try to reschedule work meetings so you can drop by the bank.
  2. Call your spouse and beg them to change their busy work schedule to do it.
  3. Relax, call your bank, and ask them to put a cashier’s check in a secure pickup box for you to retrieve after work.

Introducing IncredibleBank’s new free service: pickup boxes!

These pickup boxes, powered by our partner Luxer One, allow you to pick up items securely, even after hours.

Simply order what you need ahead of time (like a cashier’s check, business change order, documents, etc.1), and we’ll place it in a code- and camera-protected box that you can access even after lobby hours2.

Does your bank do that?

Pickup boxes are currently available at the IncredibleBank location on 17th Avenue in Wausau, WI and our Cape Coral, FL location!


Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact your IncredibleBank branch and request to use this new service to pick up an item.
  2. The first time you use the service, you will receive a welcome email. Follow the prompts in the email to set up your account.
  3. Once your item is ready and waiting for you in the pickup box, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s ready. It will include the code you will need to use to access the box.
  4. When you’re ready, head to the branch where your item is waiting for you. Follow the prompts on the screen of the pickup boxes and enter your code. The box with your item in it will open, and you can take your item.
  5. Be sure to close the locker when you’re done.

FAQs

What are pickup boxes?

Pickup boxes are secure lockers powered by our partner Luxer One. The pickup boxes are located at select IncredibleBank locations, and they allow you to order an item and pick it up on your own time.

What items am I able to request for pickup?

The following items are available for pickup using these new pickup boxes:

  • Business change orders
  • Cashier’s checks
  • Documents (mortgage documents, account documents, etc.)

How do I request an item for pickup?

To request your item, contact the branch you’d like to pick your item up from. Note: currently only our Wausau – 17th location and will be coming soon to our Cape Coral, FL location.

  • Wausau 17th – Call the branch at 715-845-5522
  • Cape Coral – Call the branch at 239-529-4152

If it is your first time ever ordering an item, you’ll first receive a Welcome email. Follow the prompts in the email to set up your account. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam. 

Once your item is ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email from the same sender with an access code that you’ll use to access the box.

How do I retrieve my requested item from the pickup box? What do I need to bring?

Once you receive an email saying your item is ready for pickup, you can head to the branch at any time during the box’s open hours. Note that the box will be accessible before, during, and after lobby hours, but that the box’s hours will vary from one branch to another.

Head to the branch where your item is waiting for you. All you need to bring with you is the code from the email!

Once there, follow the prompts on the screen on the boxes. Use the code from your email or text when prompted, and – poof! – your box will open, revealing your requested items.

Grab your items, make sure the box is entirely empty, and close the box when you’re done.

How long will it take for my item to be ready?

Your item will be ready within one business hour of your request. Note that business hours are considered only those hours that our lobby is open.

For example, if you request an item at 4:30 pm and the lobby closes at 5:00 pm, your item would not be ready until the next business day.

If you need an item to be rushed, you can request that your item is ready by a specific time when making your pickup request and we will do our best to accommodate, however, we may not be able to have it ready in time in all circumstances.

Always wait for the email containing your code before coming to get your item.

What hours are the pickup boxes available?

Pickup box hours will vary by location. See hours for each location below:

  • Wausau North 17th Avenue: Monday - Friday 6:40 am – 6:00 pm
  • Cape Coral, FL – 24/7/365

How long will you keep an item in the pickup box?

We will keep items you request in the pickup box for three business days. You will receive reminder emails/texts to pick up your item.

If you do not pick up your item within three days, we will securely remove the item from the pickup box. You will need to request the item again or pick it up during regular business hours.

Are the pickup boxes secure?

Yes! These boxes are secure. Here’s how we ensure their security:

  • We verify you when you call to request an item to be sure no one other than you or an authorized signer on your account is able to pick up the item.
  • The email is only sent to an email address that we have on file.
  • The boxes themselves are locked securely. The only way to access the boxes is with the code sent to you, or by bank employees. The system creates a log of activity at the pickup boxes.
  • The boxes are under camera surveillance. Should any unauthorized activity occur, we have footage to use in investigation.

What does it cost to use the pickup boxes?

The cost to use the pickup boxes is exactly zero dollars and zero cents!

Who is Luxer One?

Luxer One is our vendor partner who provides IncredibleBank with the pickup boxes and the technology for setting up customers in the system, managing the boxes, sending access codes to customers, and more. 

Why is IncredibleBank offering these pickup boxes?

We’ve heard all the jokes about bankers’ hours, and hey – we get it. If we’re only open during the same business hours that our customers are working their own jobs, how can they do their banking? Do they have to leave work? Use up their precious lunch hour?

We wanted a way to let our customers get what they needed, even after hours. We needed it to be secure and convenient.

Enter…pickup boxes.

These pickup boxes aren’t replacing any existing services, it’s simply another service option available to you if and when you need it.
