“A customer called to see if she could come in to have her will, health care and financial power of attorney documents notarized. She had been putting it off for quite a while, but under the present circumstances, she wanted to get it taken care of. Being that she works in the health care industry, and recently had a close call herself, she wanted to make sure these vital documents were appropriately administered. She was very thankful we could get this done for her as she wasn’t able to get it done at the clinic where she worked. She thanked us countless times for getting these witnessed and notarized. It was a small effort on our part, but the appreciation and relief was enormous for her.”

“One of our Financial Specialists, Heidi, received a call from Jack, an elderly customer suffering from dementia who recently had his driver’s license taken away. Jack explained that he would be going to the store later with his friend, but he didn’t have any cash and couldn’t find the checks that he recently ordered. Heidi told Jack not to worry as she would be delighted to bring him the cash he needed, along with a couple of temporary checks, and deliver them right to his front porch. Upon arriving back at the bank, she called Jack to confirm he received the cash and checks. Needless to say, Jack was very appreciative of Heidi’s efforts, which is just one of many examples of how we deliver Incredible Customer Experiences at IncredibleBank.”
